I spent three different trips in China looking at, and  working in and for  led manufactureing  sign companies until I found the UL and Etl listed companies that did good work , you could trust and depend on for parts service and support. It was not easy , I worked in a factory 3 differnt times at up to 3 months at a time to learn the led sign business. Travel and investigating a foreign country is a difficult task at best. Language, customs, business trust and relationships can be over welming. 

 I get letters from  the top 3 led sign selling companies in the USA all the time trying to get me to be a dealer for them. I will pay twice the money, for the same sign with their logo embelished upon it. The USA does not encapsulate leds, 99 percent of the leds are encapsulated in China using their companies and their labor and equipment. Leds are made here in the USA one of the best and most expensive is Cree leds made in good old North carolina. They make them and ship tons and tons to China to be used in led signs or led lights and bulbs. I had a sign with Cree leds for 9 years at my company, P16 a thing of beauty, and very expensive.I now have another led sign made from the higher quality Chinese made leds, yet much less expensive and is a P10 that is also very beautiful. It has been and will be a little more repair and maintenance but cheaper better resolution and i do the repairs at half price for myself, ha ha  a little humor,  if I need to replace led lamps or modules.  I can buy the cheaper Chinese lamps, sign cost is 40 percent less, last 5-8 yrs, can replace with less money newer technology and spend less money.
