PVC coated frontlit banner is mainly pop advertising sign material in the market. It is made of PVC film and polyester fabric. By laminating PVC film on both sides of the polyester basic fabric, it will  strengthen the  substrate to resist both fading and weather damage.  Frontlight banner has been widely used for outdoor billboard, street sign, road sign, event banner, pole flag , post display, roll up, etc. PVC frontlit is made with three  processes, cold/hot laminated banner, PVC coated banner.  This frontlit banner material is made of high strong yarn and flexible PVC, high glossy surface, Anti-UV, waterproof, and keeps graphics fresh and vivid longer for outdoor use. We print frontlit banners for billboards outside, as well as use for indoor signage also.

We Print Block Out Banner media,13oz, that is blockout PVC flex banner, a kind of blackout advertising banner material, double sided fabric print, Blockout media has a darkening effect, no light comes through it. It has better graphics performance on hanging banners, event banners, backdrop, outdoor billboard, street banners, pole flag banners, Post display, Roll up, etc.      
Main structure:  white PVC layer + basic fabic+ Blockout PVC layer. When we print double sided or front and back banners we use the block out to keep the other side from showing thru. 

We print mesh banners for high wind and traffic conditions to let the air pass through to create a longer lasting banner.

It is protected from the wind to allow the banner to last longer and perform well in harsh climates.Mesh banners are a little more expensive but reduce the sail like effect of a regular banner in high winds, letting air pass through.

We use 3M, Avery, Oracal, banner material. Knapco brand is good also. We use Fellers, Grimco and GSG for quality products.
